Leather Workshop - Belt
Craft your own heirloom leather belt by hand! Visit the studio of a professional leather artisan to learn traditional leather craft skills
Hosted in a professional studio, this class provides personalized instruction and a small group experience that's perfect for learning a new skill while connecting with fellow makers!
You’ll create a belt entirely from scratch while learning traditional leather craft techniques, including cutting and shaping leather, punching holes, setting rivets, and burnishing edges for a smooth, finished look. We’ll be using beautiful veg tan leather, in your choice of brown or black
You’ll also choose between brass or silver (nickle-plated) hardware to customize your belt
A friendly and encouraging artisan will guide you step by step, so no previous experience is needed! Perfect for date night, a creative outing with friends, or if you’re looking for fun things to do in NYC, you’ll walk away with a custom-made belt designed to last a lifetime!

Hosted in a studio setting, this class provides personalized instruction and a small group experience. The space is a welcoming place to learn, where we can slow down for an afternoon and make something beautiful. This is a beginner friendly workshop!
You’ll create a card wallet entirely from scratch while learning traditional leather craft techniques - including cutting and shaping leather, gluing, traditional saddle stitching (used by luxury brands around the world), and burnishing edges for a smooth, finished look. We’ll be using beautiful, world class leather. from Conceria Walpier in Tuscany - with your choice of brown, black, or red leather
You’ll also choose your thread color, from white, black, brown, or red.
